ITINERARY for AUGUST 2025 IOWA STATE/KANSAS STATE IRELAND FOOTBALL TRIP

August 11
Depart US for overnight flight to DUBLIN, Upon arrival coach to City- Centre hotel. The incoming hotels are Clayton Burlington and The Mespil
August 12
Free day in Dublin.
August 13
Coach to CO. Clare with a stop at Athlone to visit Sean's Bar, Irelands oldest pub,+ A visit to Poulnabrone, a 5000 yr old burial site, located in the Burren. Then on to Ennis for aTwo night stay at The TEMPLE GATE Hotel.
August 14
Visit the Cliffs of Moher, Irelands most visited site, about a 2 hr visit, then on to a Sheep dog demonstration. After a brief stop back in Ennis we will head to Bunratty for aMedieval Banquet.
August 15
Today we will go to Foynes and visit the Flying Boat Museum, then stop for lunch in Adare, always a great stop. On to Killarney with a couple of great photo ops en route. Check in Earls Court House for a Two night stay.
August 16
We will drive the famous Ring of Kerry, with stop like the Red Fox with its bogVillage and the well known Irish Coffee.
August 17
Visit to Blarney, Up to the Blarney Stone if you wish, then over to Blarney Mills For some fantastic shopping opportunities. We spend the next two nights at Acton's Hotel inKinsale, a gourmet village in Cork.
August 18
Visit The Jameson Distillery and a 1700s fort are on our schedule.
August 19
Drive east to Co. Waterford and on to New Ross in Wexford for a visit to the famine Ship, Dunbrody. On to Kilkenny for a two night stay at River Court Hotel, in the center of the Medieval city.
August 20
The Kilkenny Road Train will take you all through the city, so you then visit the sites You wish. A ticket for a tour of the Smithwycks Museum on High St is included.
August 21
Today we visit Glendalough, the valley of two lakes, on our way to Dublin.Check in for four nights, Two Hotels, Harcourt or Iveagh Garden
August 22
A Hop On / Hop Off 24 hr ticket will allow you view the city and Determine what youWant to see, You will have a 3 day Leap Card, good for trains, busses, and the Luas.
August 23
Continue your way on city visits and get ready for Football, Game time appears to beA 5 PM Kick Off at Aviva Stadium, Your Leap Card will get you on the train for the Stadium.
August 24
Free day in Dublin.
August 25
Flight home to USA.
