Itinerary for June 2024 Scotland/Northern Ireland Trip

Day 1: June 11
US to Edinburgh Scotland - We will depart the US for an overnight flight to Edinburgh, Scotland.
Day 2-3: June 12-13
Arrive in Edinburgh for a two night stay at the Apex City Hotel. Tour Edinburgh with the Hop On/Hop Off Bus. A great introduction to Edinburgh's Old and New Towns. Enjoy a fun and informative commentary.
Day 4-5: June 14-15
After breakfast we will drive to Inverness for a two night stay at the Mansfield Castle Hotel. We will stop in the vibrant holiday town of Pitlochry. It has a lively assortment of shops and restaurants. We will have lunch here. The next morning we will visit the famous Culloden Battlefield.
Day 6: June 16
After breakfast depart for cruise on Loch Ness and visit Urquhart Castle. Arrive in Glasgow for a TWO night stay at LEONARDO Hotel. Hop on / Hop off tour
Day 7: June 18
After breakfast we will drive to the Ferry for cruise to Belfast and a two night stay at Clayton Hotel. We will visit the Titanic museum and tour Belfast with the Hop On/Hop Off Bus.
Day 9: June 20
We will leave Belfast for a one night stay in the walled city of Derry. We will stop at the Giant's Causeway on the way to the Maldron Hotel.
Day 10-11: June 21
After breakfast we are off to Donegal for a two night stay at the Allingham Arms Hotel in Bundoran. We will visit Lough Eske, Donegal Castle, and Donegal Town.
Day 12: June 23
This morning we will drive to Our Lady of Knock Shrine for Mass and to fill our Holy water bottles. We will continue on to Galway for a last night's stay at the Park House Hotel.
Day 13: June 24
Today we will depart for Shannon Airport and home. Hopefully we will have time for some last-minute shopping at the duty-free stores.
